Shipping

We always try to make sure our products are dispatched within 3 working days of receipt of payment. Services available at the checkout on certain products are:

All products are sent insured and recorded. For next day deliveries please ensure orders are placed no later than 4pm Monday - Thursday. Orders placed on a Friday will not necessarily be delivered on the following Monday. Orders dispatched for next day delivery should arrive at your specified shipping address no later than 1pm the next day. For more information on delivery times please go to www.royalmail.co.uk

 

Returns

12 Month Guarantee

All of our products come with at least a 12 month guarantee. This means that if a fault should occur in a product bought from Ozofresh as a result of normal usage (as described in supplied instruction manual) then Ozofresh will issue a direct replacement and deliver at cost to Ozofresh. This guarantee starts from the day of purchase. If a product is replaced or repaired the original guarantee rolls over and continues from original date of purchase.

Return costs

If the product is returned for repair or replacement as a result of misuse, the customer is liable for all return costs (postage). However we are happy to reimburse postage costs for products returned for repair or replacement due to the product developing a fault within the 12 month gaurantee or for damage incurred during delivery.

 

7 Day Cooling Off Period for Consumers

Ozofresh comply fully with the UK's Distance Selling Regulations of 2000, which states that a consumer has 7 days from the day after the day the goods are delivered to return said goods to supplier. This is the cooling off period. If you decide you want to cancel your order please inform Ozofresh at the earliest opportunity and within the 7 day cooling off period. All goods must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. If the consumer decides to cancel after the goods have been delivered the consumer has a duty to return said goods to the supplier and while in possession to keep reasonable care of said goods. Once goods are received in a satisfactory condition all funds paid by the consumer to Ozofresh shall be refunded.

Additionally the consumer must pay delivery costs to return product to Ozofresh and ensure its safe delivery.
